Roger was the Mavericks hero, salvaging a draw with his last ball of the match, downing the remaining pin of the 9 and scoring 60 overall. Our first draw for 3 years, could easily have been a defeat as the Bombers failed to capitalise on their 2 spares in the last leg. However with two tied legs securing 0 points and only one leg to us, we came out of the game with 4 points to the Bombers 6.
