The Mavericks were 6 down going into the last leg having only won one leg up to then. However a superb brace of 16 spares from Russell and Rob turned the match and we ran out winners by 11 pins, gaining 8 points to 4 for our opponents. This narrow points difference being a truer reflection of the closeness of the game.
